The Principality introduced its formal citizenship system, allowing individuals to apply for and be admitted to Carmontian citizenship. Citizenship applications will be incorporated into an official state website.

THE PRINCE'S CYPHER
The Prince's Cypher was introduced as the personal emblem of His Highness the Prince of Carmont. The Cypher provides a distinctive representation of the Sovereign for use in official, ceremonial and other contexts associated with the Crown.
