PRIMARY SYMBOLS

The National Flag

The National Flag of the Principality of Carmont is the principal symbol of the Principality and represents Carmont as a sovereign state. Its design incorporates the national colours and heraldic traditions of Carmont, creating a distinctive emblem for use by the State and its citizens. The flag is flown on official occasions, at places of national significance, and wherever Carmont is formally represented.

The Coat of Arms

The Coat of Arms of the Principality of Carmont is the principal heraldic achievement of the State. It embodies the identity, heritage and authority of the Principality through its shield, crown, supporters and other heraldic elements. The full achievement is reserved for formal and ceremonial use, while simplified forms of the arms may be used where a more compact representation of the Principality is appropriate.

The Escutcheon

The escutcheon is the principal heraldic emblem of the Principality of Carmont and forms the central element of the State's Coat of Arms. It represents Carmont in its most concise heraldic form and may be used independently where the full achievement is unnecessary or impractical. The escutcheon is therefore suitable for both official and general national use.

The Prince's Cypher

The Prince’s Cypher is the personal emblem of the reigning Prince of Carmont. It represents the Sovereign and may be used upon official documents, correspondence, ceremonial materials, and other items issued under the authority of the Crown. As a symbol of the Prince, the Cypher reflects the personal authority and continuity of the Carmontian Crown.

The Flag of Montfort

The Flag of Montfort is the official flag of the County of Montfort, home to the capital city of Montfort. The flag features the Arms of Montfort prominently at its centre, set against broad horizontal bars of blue and white. The blue occupies the lower portion of the flag, distinguishing the flag of Montfort from that of Drayford while retaining the shared heraldic character of the two counties.

The Flag of Drayford is the official flag of the County of Drayford. The flag features the Arms of Drayford prominently at its centre, set against broad horizontal bars of blue and white. In contrast to Montfort, the blue occupies the upper portion of the flag, providing Drayford with its own distinctive identity while maintaining the shared heraldic style of the Carmontian counties.

The Arms of Montfort are the heraldic arms of the County of Montfort, which is home to the capital city of Montfort.
